Always Approved provides auto financing lead generation and matching services. We connect consumers seeking auto financing with a network of approved lenders who may be able to provide financing solutions.
Important: Always Approved is not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, set interest rates, or provide direct financing. All lending decisions are made by our partner lenders.
Eligibility Requirements
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of Ontario, Canada
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Application Process
When you submit an application through our website:

- You consent to credit checks by potential lenders
- You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee approval

Any fees, interest rates, or charges associated with your loan will be disclosed by the lender and are not controlled by Always Approved.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: Always Approved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount of fees we received in connection with your application.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Always Approved and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination
